Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products)We are on the hunt for a Permanent Part-Time Float Attendant to join our friendly, tight-knit team at City Cave Cleveland & Redland Bay. Plus generous discounts on all of our services, retail, and more.What the role looks like:Opening, closing, and maintaining our wellness centre (including cleaning float and sauna rooms between guests, deep cleaning of equipment, making herbal tea, dressing rooms, preparing laundry, unpacking deliveries. Please note, this is a physical role which involves daily activity). There are shifts when you will be working on your own.Connecting with our guests on their wellness journey, providing in-depth service briefings and attaining a thorough knowledge of our services menu.Pool chemistry testing and treatments, equipment testing and maintenance tasks.Management of our schedule and administration including the completion of daily compliance checklists, inventory counts, guest enquiries via phone and email.Hitting sales targets and KPIs.Our ideal applicant will have:High level communication skills.Outstanding attention to detail.Relative fitness level.A positive, team-minded mentality.Ability to multi-task during our fast-paced, peak periods.Ability to work autonomously (the role involves flying solo at times while on shift, and closing the centre solo during the evenings).Confidence interacting with guests, with previous customer service/sales experience highly regarded.Current First Aid/CPR or willing to obtain.Coming from a Hospitality or Day Spa industry is desirable.Please note this position is not for school-aged children.Hours of work are between 8:00 am - 9:30 pm, Monday-Sunday, but we are looking for individuals who are particularly available for evening and weekend shifts.#J-18808-Ljbffr
