Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) MLR is looking for a dedicated and adaptable Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's prestigious healthcare facility near Albuquerque, NM. - Deliver exceptional nursing care across various units, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital standards.

Qualifications:
- Active RN licensure in New Mexico is required.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current certifications in ACLS and CPR are required; PALS and TNCC certifications are a plus.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in acute care settings; experience in various specialties is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to quickly adapt to different clinical settings and patient needs.
