Position Summary:Under supervision, the Therapist I provides individual, group, family and/or couples therapy and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family. The float role will provide back-up coverage across sites, or in a virtual format, within a specific geographic region. Back-up coverage will be utilized to support planned or unplanned PTO, as well as coverage during recruitment for open roles as needed.Schedule: Float between Outpatient and Residential. Flexible schedule depending on coverage needs.Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a behavioral sciences field with pre-independent licensure, working toward independent licensure
- Individual, family, and group psychotherapy experience required
- Provisional or Associate licensure required
- Must have valid driver's license and be authorized to drive
- Current Basic Life Support certification required (American Heart Association) within 14 days from date of hire
- DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred
- Eating Disorders treatment experience preferred
- Computer proficiency required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
