If you're experienced in floor care and enjoy the challenge of working with a variety of floor types, we want YOU to join our dynamic team in a vibrant manufacturing facility in Wilson, NC.PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a basic sweeping and mopping position. We're looking for floor care experts who know how to handle more advanced tasks, such as stripping, waxing, and buffing.What You'll Do:
- Floor Magic: Operate buffers, super strippers, low-speed machines, carpet extractors, and automatic scrubbers to keep our floors looking pristine.
- Diverse Flooring Expertise: Work with VCT, epoxy, terrazzo, polished concrete, rubber, vinyl plank, and carpet to maintain a variety of floor types.
- Cleaning Pro: Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies to perfection.
- Team Player: Assist with the workload during staff absences and jump in on special project cleaning tasks.
- Project Cleaning: Lift and move furniture, refinish hard surfaces, and shampoo carpets and furniture.
What You Need:
- Experience: Proven expertise in floor care and maintenance.
- Skills: Proficient in operating various floor care machines.
- Team Spirit: Willingness to collaborate on project cleaning and support your teammates.
