Part-Time Floor Guards.Responsibilities of a
Floor-Guard include:
- Provide a Clean, Fun, Friendly, and Safe experience to every guest.
- Know the rules of the facility and be able to enforce them diplomatically.
- Monitoring and maintaining the skate floor and skate counter before and after sessions.
- Supervising customers for safety protecting all skaters from injury (preventing accidents).
- Communicate with the session manager, other associates, and DJ concerning any problems or safety issues during a session.
- Handle incident procedures and be alert to the (cause of surrounding incidents so you can document them later)
- Verify that all skating adults have signed Adult Waiver Cards (referred to as Skater Agreement Cards in NY), and for Skater ID cards, be sure to check for expiration dates.
- Complete all assigned clean-up procedures and assist in other areas as needed or requested.
Must know how to skate Willing to train!Bilingual in English/Spanish a PLUS.All Associate positions offer flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, and some holidays.Pay: $16.00 per hour
