Job Description The responsibilities include Overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings and facilities. This includes timely completion of floor care areas based on a schedule, proper care of floor machinery, the ability to anticipate and recommend floor care needs, and promoting a safe work environment. Some floor care experience is suggested but not required, and we will train you using our proven processes. This can be more than a job; it could be a career. Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age
- No janitorial experience is required. (We train you in our best practices)
- Successful drug screening and background check.
- Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
- The team member must wear the provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary, following position and OSHA requirements.
