Position Overview: As a Floor Maintenance Lead, you will handle a variety of tasks, including floor refinishing, carpet cleaning, window washing, floor scrubbing, and deep cleaning. Additionally, you will be involved in administrative and research duties to support our operations.
Starting Wage: $20 per hour

Schedule:
4x10 Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, Evenings
Occasional overtime on Sundays
Key Responsibilities:
Floor Refinishing: Restore and wax floors to a high standard.
Carpet Cleaning: Use specialized equipment to clean and maintain carpets.
Window Washing: Ensure windows are spotless and streak-free.
Floor Scrubbing: Perform routine and intensive cleaning of floors.
Deep Cleaning: Conduct deep cleaning in various environments.
Equipment Maintenance: Handle and maintain cleaning equipment efficiently.
Qualifications:
Experience in floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, or a related field is preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy equipment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and research
Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License
Ability to pass a background check
