Our company, Healthcare Services Group (HCSG), is seeking a Floor Maintenance Technician to join our team. We provide essential services to healthcare communities across the country and are committed to fostering fulfillment in communities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpet, including dust and wet mopping, stripping, waxing, and buffing
- Collect trash/recycling/soiled linen from units and dispose of it properly
- Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions and follow safety guidelines
- Provide positive interactions with residents, staff, and facility guests
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine, repetitive tasks
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
- Must live in the service area
