JOB TITLE: Sales Associate Reports To: Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for assisting customers in their purchase of company products and services by performing the following duties. Pay Range $14.00 and up based on experience. Must complete background check and drug screen. Does require some evenings and a weekend day. - Handles all aspects of customer service (internal and external customers alike)
- Ability to handle customer and employee issues, along with communicating to management regarding issues that need to be addressed.
- Assists with inventory to and from the warehouse, and sales floor.
- Responsible for promoting a positive culture within the department/store.
- Works with customers to insure a positive shopping experience.
- Handles inbound calls
- Provides and collects required paperwork and forms following all ATF guidelines, ensuring
accuracy of data collected free of errors or missing data.
- Maintains required paperwork.
- Quotes price and describes features of product items.
- Emphasizes salable features, credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
- Stocks products on sales floor
- Cleans and organizes work areas
- Enforces safety, health, and security rules.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- All other duties as required by management.
