Floor Tech Requirements:
Must be experienced with floor machines, a keen eye for details, and be knowledgeable of safety.
Maintain a high level of work performance & safety in all areas.
Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times.
Must be able to work as a team member and have a love for the residents.
Solid work ethic, with quality customer service, and others in mind.
Must be reliable & keep to schedule & must be willing to learn.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Report any unsafe or unusual conditions to Maintenance Director.
Report directly to Maintenance Director with strong leadership skills.
All other job related duties as assigned by Housekeeping Supervisor & Maintenance Director.
Floor Tech Experience:
Have a proven record of making responsible decisions with the resident's best interest in mind at all times.
Must have excellent time management and organizational skills.
A proven history of relating well with residents and their families.
Used caution in performing duties and maintained safe working practices.
Proficient with cleaning supplies, and/or chemicals and their uses.
Proven history of experience stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing floors.
Must be clean, tidy, and appropriately dressed.
Able to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and family members.
Preferred at least one-year Maintenance Assistant experience.
Must be able to pass background check.
