The Floor Tech employee is the face of the gym floor; you are the person a member sees when he or she is working out inside the facility. It is important that this person has a great eye for detail. The Floor Tech employee is responsible for the overall upkeep of the fitness floor, equipment, locker rooms, surrounding areas, walls & mirrors.

Responsibilities of Floor Tech
? Cleaning and maintenance of Retro Fitness outlet main floor.
? Testing equipment for efficiency.
? Reporting any facility issues to Management/Ownership.
? Spot cleaning of walls, mirrors, windows, & diamond plating.
? Re-racking of weights.
? Disinfecting equipment and upholstery.
? Facility Dusting.
? Following company policies & procedures.
? Maintaining locker room cleanliness.
? Spot cleaning of glass doors and windows.
All Floor Tech employees are to wear company staff shirt along with either Khaki pants or black athletic pants. Sneakers must always be worn. No boots, heals, or open toe shoes or sandals. Floor Techs are required to complete the Daily Cleaning Checklist and have a Manager sign off before completing their shift.
