Job Type Full-time Description Job Summary: As a Floor Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in commercial, municipal, or industrial sites. You will use various equipment and cleaning products to ensure that floors are clean, polished, and safe for employees, clients, and visitors. If in a lead capacity, you will also provide direction and quality inspections to ensure adherence to account manager/supervisor instructions and recommend disciplinary actions if necessary. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, and scrub floors using designated cleaning equipment and products.
- Strip and wax floors as needed.
- Buff and polish floors to a high shine.
- Vacuum carpets and rugs.
- Remove stains and spots from carpets and upholstery.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as scrubbers and buffers.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is cleaned and stored properly.
Requirements Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in floor maintenance and cleaning is preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Must pass pre-screening site-specific exams and training materials.
- Must pass a background check.

- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform tasks that require reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping.
