Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facility, as well as ensuring your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to creating a comfortable and hygienic environment for our guests.To show our appreciation for joining our team, we are offering a $500.00 sign-on bonus. In addition, you will be paid weekly
Qualifications
Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
Rotating shifts/rotating weekends & holidays
Essential Functions:
Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with OSHA, state/local, federal, and XENDELLA regulations
Maintains a clean and orderly environment to protect the safety and health of others
Properly cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment
Cleans assigned areas to XENDELLA and client standards and requirements
Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
Reports maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel
Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
Ensures security of company/client assets
Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
Does hard floor and carpet care, strip wax and carpet extraction, etc.
Makes trash runs from the floors to the compactor
