Part Time Floor Technician Perfect part time job for someone looking for a second weekend job to supplement income!Hours:Projects are scheduled ahead of time with notice. The project time frame is coordinated to fit a your schedule. Inconsistent part time hours during closed hours typically on Saturdays and Sundays and/or weekdays after 5:00pm. Pay: $20 Per Hour Travel pay to and from the job site. Location: Cedar Rapids, Hiawatha, North Liberty, Iowa City, Cedar Falls and Waterloo Areas. Duties:Clean, repair and refinish flooring in commercial spaces. Moving furniture to complete projects. Stripping, waxing and/or polishing various floor types. Shampooing carpet. Maintaining project machines, equipment and chemicals. Requirements: Able to bend/lift 100 lbs. Coordinate availability with management to schedule project. A criminal background check will be ran. A company vehicle is provided. Equipment and supplies provided to complete the job.
