Job Responsibilities:

• Move furniture, strip, and buff floors.
• Mix and use cleaning solutions safely; store them in a secure area.
• Occasional light housekeeping duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous floor tech experience is required.
• Able to tactfully communicate with staff, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and the general public.
• Regular, predictable, and dependable attendance.
• Knowledge and understanding on how to properly use cleaning chemicals according to Safety Data Sheets.
• Use proper safety equipment and tools to identify safety hazards and abide by communitys safety policies and procedures.
