Job Description:

The Floorcovering Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare individuals for a career in Floorcovering Facility Management or Sales Representative role in 18-24 months. This program offers the opportunity to progress into a Floorcovering Operations Manager or Field Technician position upon successful completion of training.

The typical schedule for this position is 44 hours per week, including evenings and/or weekends.

During the program, trainees will partner with facility leadership, sales, and regional management to oversee a multi-million-dollar business, providing leadership and insight into the development and strategy of that facility. Trainees will also work on growing the company's market share by partnering with and selling floorcovering materials to commercial consumers.

Our training experience provides the necessary skills for a successful career in facility management or professional sales, offering limitless career opportunities, leadership development, and professional networking. Trainees will have the opportunity to establish relationships essential to growing the business. Upon successful completion of the program, individuals can progress into a Floorcovering Operations Manager or Floorcovering Field Technician position in various states.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have at least one (1) year experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position
  • Have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others, or leading teams
  • Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities
