Work with Floral Manager to effectively plan, organize, lead, coordinate and optimize the materials and human resources in the floral department to provide variety and high-quality merchandise to maximize the sales and profits of the department while maintaining great customer service. The Assistant Floral Manager will function as the department manager in his/her absence. Starting pay: $19.25 per hour Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age. Successful experience in floral operations (i.e., merchandising, ordering, inventorying, and pricing). Complete training in the floral operations. Ability to display initiative and work with limited supervision. Ability to use and interpret data on company programs and applications relating to the Floral Operations (such as Category Analyzer and Periscope). Completed core requirements check list.
