CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Florida Key Account Manager to join our Corporate - Business Development Team at our office in Miami, FL. The Key Account Manager can work a hybrid schedule. Some travel may be necessary within Florida.
YOUR IMPACT
CHA's corporate support teams provide vital specialized services to our technical business lines and market teams including, financial, legal, marketing, business development, human resources, information technology and operational services. These teams may also support clients when their skills and expertise are required.
The Florida Key Account Manager (FKAM) is the full-time Client Advocate for a group of assigned tier clients and has ultimate responsibility for ensuring that the clients are elated and that we grow each account to the maximum extent possible. The objective is to grow each account deeper for the services we currently offer and more broadly within the client's organization so as to expand the services we provide the client.
This professional in this role will be responsible for all aspects of their assigned accounts, including establishing well-developed account plans and strategies to achieve short and long-term growth, achieving annual bookings targets, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. This position will primarily focus on growing Florida Department of Transportation District clients and Miami area municipal clients.

REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related relevant field required
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in progressive roles
* Industry-specific experience required
* Articulate, persuasive communicator, influential
* High energy, passionate, results-oriented
* Skilled at building and maintaining effective working relationships throughout the organization
* Ability to resolve matters timely, lead projects to completion with sense of urgency
* Trustworthy with ability to handle confidential matters and sensitive information with discretion
* Strong analytical skills, fast learner/thinker, multi-tasker
* Committed to continuous improvement, ability to anticipate and be forward thinking

SALARY RANGE:
$140,000 - $190,000
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
