SUMMARY: This position is responsible for having the ability to lead a team and ensure all customers orders are packed to shipping guidelines in a timely and accurate manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Directs and assists employees in all phases of packing orders;
  • Ability to learn and retain inventory computer systems;
  • Ability to utilize daily reports and additional information to prioritize workload;
  • Oversee the replenishing of flow rack goods and monitors inventory accordingly;
  • Ability to work effectively with distribution management team;
  • Responsible for the planning and logistics involved with flow rack shipping procedures;
  • Must ensure that all orders are compliant with customer requirements and meet shipping deadlines;
  • Ability to multitask and monitor multiple assignments;
  • Make timely requests and follow-up on any needed rework for orders;
  • Ability to work overtime hours as requested by management;
  • Additional duties may be assigned by management as needed on various projects.

  • Quick and effective decision making skills;
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate personnel.
