If you are passionate about delivering comprehensive care and making a meaningful impact on patient lives, we would love to meet you!Essential Job Functions:* Perform comprehensive assessments, including physical exams and patient histories.* Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions across all age groups.* Develop and implement individualized care plans, including prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests.* Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management of chronic conditions.* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.* Document patient interactions accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.* Participate in clinic meetings and continuous education opportunities to stay current with medical advancements and best practices.Qualifications:* Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Family Practice or similar.* Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Utah.* Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) by a recognized certifying body (e.g., ANCC, AANP).* Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a family medicine or primary care setting preferred.* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered approach.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.* Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic office software.Hours: Monday - Friday and varied weekends.
