Title: Foam Production AssociateLocation: Norwalk, OH 44857Pay Rate: 1st Shift:$15.25 2nd & 3rd Shift:$16.25Shifts: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd availableWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated foam production associate to join the gluing department for one of our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the precise and skillful assembly of foam blocks and pieces, creating innovative and high-quality structures.Responsibilities:

• Gluing operations: Execute gluing tasks with precision, assembling various foam blocks and pieces into new structures following established guidelines and standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on glued structures to ensure they meet AEC's rigorous quality standards, including proper adhesion and structural integrity.
• Material Handling: Safely handle and organize foam blocks and pieces, ensuring the availability of materials required for the gluing process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and adhere to instructions from supervisors to meet production targets and maintain efficient workflow.
• Innovative Problem-Solving: Contribute to the improvement of gluing processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and quality enhancement.

• Experience: Previous experience in foam production, gluing, or a related field is advantageous, but not mandatory. However, previous manufacturing experience is required.
• Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing intricately assembled foam structures.
