Your primary duties will include ensuring the highest quality of products while maximizing production efficiency. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and organized work environment and lead production on the folder gluer.Set up and operate folder/gluer machines to achieve production and quality control metrics.Monitor the entire folding and gluing process to ensure quality.Execute machine setups to maximize efficiency and address challenges as they arisePerform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our stringent standards.Collaborate with the Supervisors to meet production goals.Train and assist other team members as needed.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Qualifications:The ideal candidatewill either have prior Folder Gluer Operation experience or Machine Operator experience working with machines that require problemsolving, mechanical abilities, team work and passion to learn on the job.
