- Regular and consistent attendance.

- Ability to evaluate problems and make appropriate recommendations to those involved.
- Research and set-up accounts with F&B distributors.
- Conduct research and collect item specifications to properly set-up products for theatres to order.
- Correspond with F&B distributors and uphold productive working relationships.
- Review and analyze theatre costs & inventories for variances and work with field personnel to take the appropriate measures to address.
- Support field personnel with problems related to food & beverage and work as a liaison with vendors to rectify accordingly.
- Process outstanding F&B POs and invoice exceptions.
- Maintain order guides for assigned theatres.
- Maintain retail and cost price books for F&B products.
- Maintain concession key maps as required.
- Prepare, file, and maintain records and documents associated with F&B licenses.

Education/Experience:High school education is required; Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or two plus years of related experience required.
