DescriptionWe are seeking motivated, friendly and energetic individuals to work on a part- time basis in the following positions:Catering Attendants - Under the supervision of the Food & Beverage Manager will assist in the set-up, breakdown and coordination of catering functions. Help maintain all equipment and supplies. Provide service and handle customer concerns. Catering and bartending experience preferred. Must be18 years of age. Flexibility is a must; hours include nights, weekends and holidays.Concessions - Sell food products to the public in a fast paced environment. Set up and break down of Concession areas. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.Inventory Worker - Receiving and distribution of concession stock. Includes transporting needed concession items throughout the facility prior to, during, and at the end of events. Heavy lifting, fast paced work. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.Examples of DutiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Depending on position, may include the following:Assist in the set-up, breakdown and coordination of catering functionsHelp maintain all equipment and suppliesProvide service and handle customer concernsSell food products to the public in a fast paced environmentSet up and break down of concession areasReceiving and distribution of concession stockTransport needed concession items throughout the facility prior to, during, and at the end of eventsTypical QualificationsOne year of experience in the area of Coliseum, Exhibit Hall, Auditorium, Stadium or similar public assembly facility preferred for Event SupervisorAbility to work nights, weekends and holidays.Individuals should possess strong customer skills and enthusiasmHeavy lifting, accuracy and speed are criticalAbility to be thorough in a limited time frameCatering and bartending experience preferred
