Summary - Position Summary
- Under the supervision of the FNS Supervisor, the FNS Aide performs a variety of patient/customer food service functions in one or more of the following areas: cafeteria, patient tray side, nourishments, catering, as well as other related tasks in accordance with department/organizational goals and objectives and in compliances with current laws and regulations.
- Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High school diploma preferred but not required.
- License/Certifications: N/A.
- Experience: Prior experience of food service. Preferable in a health care/institutional setting desired but not necessary.
- On the job training.
