THE JOB:
As a Food and Beverage Assistant Floor Manager, you will supervise the daily operations and play a vital role in our department's daily operations! With your warm smile and commitment to exceptional service, you'll set the stage for our guests to create WOW memories that last a lifetime. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
* Lead with energy by reviewing daily schedules and managing time-off requests, all while coaching and inspiring our team to excel
* Ensure smooth operations by supervising cashiers to maintain accuracy in check handling and closing procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Collaborate directly with our talented Chefs on exciting food service and menu innovations, ensuring quality and creativity remain at the forefront
* Dive into seasonal and holiday menu changes that will delight our guests
* Order supplies through our IP System and Purchasing while exercising cost controls to optimize operations
* Oversee pricing accuracy and maintenance issues to ensure a seamless dining experience
* Connect with guests for special requests and coordinate memorable large party reservations

$55,640.00 - $89,024.00
