Golden Nugget - 129 Fremont St. [Retail Associate / Team Member] As a Food & Beverage Control Clerk at Golden Nugget, you'll: Monitor the receiving, storage and distribution of food, beverages and general merchandise purchased; Verify correct product quantities being requisitioned from inventory storerooms; Process receiving reports; Update computer system with correct quantities received from vendors; Conduct physical inventories in Food & Beverage storerooms, and off-site warehouse; Expedite the issuing of F&B products to insure that perishable items are removed from the staging area in a timely manner...Hiring Immediately >>
