**Be part of a part of a team of industry leaders in food and beverage business with a variety of hospitality outlets: banquets , catering , special events , market place retail, beverage operations by joining us as the Food and Beverage Intern !**
The food and beverage intern will provide quality service to our guests, handle guest complaints, serve, host, bus tables, and provide excellent customer service . Works as a liaison between restaurant front of the house and the back of the house. Monitors and executes food and beverage orders and ensuring the quality and appearance of the presentation. Works and learns in all restaurants positions through a planned rotation. Real work experience in scheduling, handle cash, office reporting, forecasting, pl & l. Maintains high quality standards through the opening and closing procedures of restaurants. Weekly Leadership classes with F and B management team.

-Must have a positive attitude when working with a variety of team members and guests.
-Willingness to perform any required tasks necessary to meet the meet the needs of the resort.
-Excellent communication skills, including ability to work well with others in stressful situations and motivate team members.
-Must be neat and clean in appearance.
-Must be flexible with scheduling procedures.
Able to work all shifts, weekends, nights, mornings, holidays
