Our friendly Food & Beverage Manager works to create a positive work environment for staff while also ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and high quality food.
- Plan, develop, coordinate and implement the day-to-day operational activities of the food & beverage department
- Supervise food & beverage staff to include recruitment & selection, orientation, training & development, scheduling, counseling, performance management and other team member relations' issues
- Maintain food & beverage product and service quality standards by implementing policies and procedures, investigating deficiencies/complaints, and initiating corrective action
- Order, receive, store and maintain an inventory count of all food & beverage related products
- Ability to perform any food & beverage position at the property
What does success look like in this role?
- College degree or at least five years of food & beverage or management related work experience
- Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
