As Food & Beverage Quality and Systems Manager, you'll:
* Oversee programing, training and maintenance of Info Genesis Universal Desktop, Eatec, Great Plains, eConnect, SevenRooms, Waitlist and any future Technology and Programs or Software.
* This position will work in collaboration with the Director of Beverage Operations and Executive Chef under the direction of the Vice President of F & B.
* Ensures that company's policy, goals, and objectives are being adhered to by staff and works in the best interest of the company.
* May perform the duties of any member of the Food and Beverage Department or other duties as assigned.
* These tasks may include participating in the development of SOPs.
* Analyzing customer feedback through surveys and comments. Investigate and assign follow up communication with guests. Make suggestions for avoiding future issues.
Training & Hiring
* Responsible for ensuring that F & B staff are effectively trained, service quality meets the casino's standards and departmental operation efficiencies are being followed. Departmental liaison for compliance and our Training Department with programs such as TIPS, ServSafe, Food Handling, etc.
* Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide equipment, chemical, procedure and emergency training.
* Become familiar with the Collective Bargaining Agreement and assist with management education on policies.
* Gatekeep performance evaluations, which may include training for union associates both probationary and non-probationary.
* Review and update interview process for each F&B Department, provide training and interview materials.
* Train management in POS systems, Universal Desktop, Great Plains, eConnect, Seven Rooms, Waitlist and Eatec.
Administration (Overview)
* Set up or work with management to provide orientation of new hire Food & Beverage associates. Provide necessary training materials, initial schedule and assign to a trainer.
* Guide Administrative Assistant in maintenance of records from health department inspections and track required corrective actions.
* Track Key Dates and Holidays, centralize communication with Marketing and the Hotel.
* Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Food & Beverage Admin Assistant will report directly to the Performance & Systems Administration Manager.
Food & Beverage Quality & Systems Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Food & Beverage.
Food & Beverage Quality & Systems Manager will collaborate and receive indirect assignments from the Director of Beverage Operations and the Executive Chef.
