You will work closely with the HR department and management, learning each team's unique needs to attract candidates who align with our values of exceptional service and Southern hospitality. You will engage with potential hires through effective communication, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed about career opportunities with us. With your help, we'll continue to create unforgettable experiences for every guest.Key Responsibilities:
  • Align with F&B Management: Collaborate with F&B leaders to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Develop Targeted Job Descriptions: Craft clear descriptions for specific F&B roles like servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create recruitment programs tailored to attract skilled F&B professionals.
  • Source Talent through Industry Networks: Build connections with culinary schools, hospitality groups, and relevant industry contacts.
  • Screen and Refer Candidates: Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and refer suitable candidates to F&B managers.
  • Promote Roles at Industry Events: Represent the Grand at job fairs and culinary events to attract top F&B talent.
  • Leverage Digital Platforms: Use online F&B and hospitality channels to engage potential candidates and build a talent pipeline.
