FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVER (BANQUETS)

Summary (Essential Functions): Provide consistently excellent food and beverage service to Club members and guests. Work effectively under pressure with coworkers and other departments to maintain the highestquality of service. Create a warm, friendly environment to facilitate a world class dining experience for members and guests.

Details: Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Arrive well-groomed and on-time, in the appropriate uniform
• Review and perform set up duties, including all dishes, silverware, glasses, etc.
• Attend line-up meetings for updates and last-minute changes for the event
• Know and abide by all Club policies and applicable state and local laws when serving alcohol to members and their guests
• Communicate any issues with food service or dining issues to the Banquet Manager and/or Event Coordinator in a timely manner

Qualifications: Qualified candidates will be highly motivated team players, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude at all times, who can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Prefer experience working in a private club or other upscale dining operation.

Candidates will have effective listening and communication skills and a strong desire to provide excellent service. All candidates will work to ensure the fulfillment of the Club's mission to provide a warm and friendly environment for our members and guests, through commitment and dedication with a personal touch.
