The Pump Food Court Manager is responsible for assisting in overseeing all aspects of the food court by ensuring the location meets budget sales, expense, margin, profit and customer service goals.

Responsibilities:
- Handle all problems that cannot be handled at a lower level.
- Ensure all personnel are in proper working uniform and neat in appearance.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the store meets company standards and is in proper working order, inside and out.
- Report all maintenance, customer, and personnel problems to upper management regularly.
- Provide annual and 90-day evaluations of staff.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Make sure all personnel are trained thoroughly.
- Implement any new programs in the location.
- Ensure all management duties are completed (i.e. payroll, scheduling, inventory).
- Be proficient in opening and closing the store, including the completion of all required paperwork.
- Hire, discipline, and terminate of personnel with the involvement of the Divisional Manager and Corporate Human Resources Department.
- Responsible for keeping operations relevant and profitable and in compliance with our standards.
- Work with supervisor on decisions involving internal promotions and salary adjustments.
- Maintain staffing levels and ensure budget goals are maintained.
- Ensure equipment is updated and maintained. Communicate all equipment and capital expenditures for approval to your supervisor.
- Hold and conduct shift and department meetings as required and report to upper management as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws.
- Ensure the security of merchandise in the facility.
- Communicate appropriately with customers and all company personnel.
- Providing friendly and competent customer service.
- Reporting for work in a timely manner when scheduled.
Additional Job Duties:
- Must be able to travel to meetings and other company functions.
- Assisting in other duties, as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise 5 or more employees.
Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):
- Must have three to five years experience with food court operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must have management training or equivalent.
- Must display use of good judgment and demonstrate leadership qualities and be creative in their management style.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must work a minimum of one weekend per month and one late shift per week.
- Must work a minimum of 45 hours per week.
- Must be able to communicate in English. IF APPLICABLE
- Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
- Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
