Food Expeditor/RunnerAngel Fire Resort is looking for an enthusiastic food expeditor/runner who shares our passion for excellence. This position will play a key role in ensuring that food orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner from the kitchen and that the guests receive what they ordered. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, will have a keen eye for quality and accuracy, and will effectively communicate with the kitchen and server staff in a fast-paced environment.Base Pay: $18/hrLocation: Angel Fire Resort restaurantsEmployee Type: Hourly, non-exemptJob Category: Seasonal, full-time, part-time, or holidays onlyLeadership Responsibilities: NoRequired Certs or Licenses: No experience necessary, all training provided.Attendance: Reliable, predictable, punctual, and in-person attendance is essential, includes weekends and holidays as scheduled Estimated start date: Early DecemberMinimum Age: 14Typical Shift: varies based on venueEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:(other duties may be assigned)

• Ensures food tickets are fulfilled accurately and quality of food is excellent
• Delivers food to tables and confirms the guests have everything they need
• Manages food tickets, adds garnishments as needed, and communicates with kitchen staff regarding modifications, incomplete orders, etc.
• Communicates with servers about food orders, when items sell out, when guests are missing items etc.
• Is knowledgeable on the dining room floor layout, server sections, and table numbers
• Maintains efficient and prompt service to guests and other service team members
• Assists in side work, cleaning duties, and any tasks or projects as assigned by supervisor or manager

Environment: This is a physically demanding, indoor position.
