- Range: $15.50 to $18.00 depending on experience & location.
- Shift differential: $2.00 to $3.00 depending on location.
Position RequirementsThis individual is trained to perform all the duties performed by the team, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of food in the manager's absence, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including food preparation, customer relations, team management and other duties as required or assigned.The TEAM LEADER'S duties include:
- Directs operations in the absence of the manager including supervising and training employees, opening and closing the kiosk, ensuring food preparation is complete, and managing employee breaks and shift changes.
- Motivates and coaches team members and assists in training.
- Excels in performing all tasks.
- Works as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.
- Ensures all local health and safety codes, food safety codes, and company safety policies are followed.
- Ensures the kiosk complies with franchise programs.
- Maintains fast, accurate, and outstanding service, ensures excellent customer service, and makes sure all products are consistent with franchise and company standards.
- Completes all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
- Read and understand all checklists, manuals, and pertinent in-building operations manuals.
- Use technology as directed.
- Cross-train and work in all food areas.
- Quickly and accurately operate all point-of-sale systems.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes:
- Minimum of 2 nights a week
- Rotating weekends
- Some holidays
