DescriptionThe Staff Management | SMX team in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring Food Manufacturing Line Leads. As a member of this production team, you will assist in manufacturing chocolate, protein bars, and granola bars. Your pay rate is between $20.28-$21.50 and you will receive weekly pay, health benefits, and much more.This is a full-time position available for the following shift(s):A Shift: 7am to 3pmB Shift: 3pm to 11pmC Shift: 11pm to 7amPerks & BenefitsPaid TrainingWeekly paychecksDirect Deposit or Cash Card pay optionsMedical / Dental Insurance$20.28 - $21.50/HourEmployment Type & ShiftsTemp to HireFull TimeAll ShiftsJob ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Oversee Production: Monitor and guide the production line to ensure smooth and efficient operations, meeting production goals and deadlines.Troubleshooting: Identify and address any machine malfunctions or operational issues, providing solutions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.Team Coordination: Assign tasks to team members, ensuring that work is evenly distributed and that everyone is working efficiently toward common production goals.Quality Control: Ensure that products meet quality standards by conducting regular inspections and addressing any deviations.Communication: Act as a point of contact for team members, answering questions and providing guidance to ensure smooth operation and adherence to procedures.Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.Report Maintenance: Keep accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any incidents or issues that occur on the linePrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with experience in a leadership role.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine and operational issues.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAssociate RequirementsHS Diploma or GEDBackground CheckAble to Lift 50 poundsDrug TestStand for Shift DurationMust be at least 18 years old
