This position is responsible for establishing and developing relationships with manufacturer owners and leaders to build trust and discover company needs. The position will utilize an enterprise-wide approach to organizational transformation. It will act as a resource and point of contact to Southern Idaho economic development partners and work as a member of a multidisciplinary team designed to offer food manufacturing clients access to a wide range of valuable services and resources. The position will provide technical and training assistance to Idaho's small and medium manufacturers to help them improve their profits, products, and services.
