Trains inmates in all kitchen policies and procedures. Maintains a high standard of food safety, sanitation and quality in a cost efficient manner.Minimum QualificationsDemonstrated ability to read and comprehend policies and procedures. Demonstrated ability to monitor and supervise the work of others.Additional ConsiderationsAdvance Knowledge Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, cost controls and operating and repairing food service equipment.
