Requested Tasks
-Oversee daily floor operations ensuring excellent service and efficiency
-Manage and execute events and activations at Little Palm and The Ryder
-Partner with the sales and F+B teams to promise efficiency and transparency
-Work closely with the clients and guests during activation planning, prep and execution
-Properly train staff in event protocols and service standards
Requested Capabilities
-Prior experience in Food + Beverage management required
-Experience in creating, managing and overseeing events/activations highly preferred
-Organized, detailed and communicative personality
-Guest-first mentality
-Ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly-evolving environment
