Dishwasher/Food Prep Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service setting is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Dishwasher/Food Prep Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and setting up workstations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist kitchen staff in setting up and breaking down the kitchen during meal service
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and available for use
- Work closely with the kitchen team to support meal preparation and service
- Perform other duties as assigned to support kitchen operations
