General Food Prep Cast Members prepare menu items following recipes for our Guests throughout our Theme Parks in a fast-paced environment.Cast Members in Parks Food & Beverage may work a variety of locations based on operational and scheduling needs.Basic Qualifications :Ability to prepare products according to recipe guidelinesKnowledge and understanding HACCP, including sanitation and temperature requirementsHas good judgment of food quality and production, understands the impact of spoilageAbility to assist Chef in preparing items for Guests with special dietary needsCleans kitchen equipment and practices HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) ProceduresAbility to produce garde manger work for restaurantsExperience in culinary field in high-volume restaurantsAbility to multi task and work in a very fast-paced team environmentDemonstration of passion and enthusiasm for working in the kitchenStrong listening skills and ability to receive directionYou must be at least 18 years of ageAdditional Information :SCHEDULE AVAILABILITYOur Theme Parks operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles. This role is Part Time.
