To ensure that Guests are seated in a timely manner, and to provide a sincere and heartfelt thank you to each Guest as they leave.The Job:
- Greet Guests and escort them as soon as possible to a clean table
- Bid farewell to Guests leaving, and invite them to return
- Expedite food, get beverages, and deliver these items to our Guests
- Have a good understanding of our menu
- Clean and reset tables
- Helping fellow Team Members when appropriate
- Able to work walking/standing for 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary (30 lbs)
- Maintain cleanliness throughout dining room and restaurant to company standards
