Job Type Part-timeDescriptionIsleworth Golf & Country Club is currently seeking quality, energetic and professional personalities to join the team of the 29th ranked Platinum Club of the World. This position of club Food Runner will offer our Members and guests the very best service and atmosphere while they enjoy an array of dining outlets. Applicants are expected to display the highest standards in work ethic, performance, appearance and a positive attitude in all interactions with Members and staff alike. Attends pre -meal meetings to obtain all information communicated. Maintains service stations throughout the shift-makes sure all supplies are fully stocked and ready for use &all condiments are filled and cleaned. Responsible for full knowledge of menu items & specials. Questions doubts about food quality or presentation before taking it out to the table. If necessary informs the members of the delay. Serves the meal in the established manner. Ensures that the Member receives food properly prepared and presented. Informs supervisor of all member comments and complaints. Maintains knowledge of computer system related to ringing in checks. Completes all opening & closing side work thoroughly & accurately. Checks out with the supervisor at the end of every shift. Ensure member si receiving correct order (knowing proper seat & table #s.)
