SUMMARY: The Food Safety Quality Assurance Clerk is responsible for data entry for multiple departments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: Receive and print analytical results from outside laboratories. Post analytical results to the appropriate department's George's share site. Verify data entered by team members. Review trend charts after data entry. Maintain record keeping - electronic filing and hard copy filing. Work with manager and team members to maintain goals and objectives of the department. Support data collection on specific product attributes received. Create forms or result sheets and prepare trend graphs. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position will not have supervisory responsibility. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE RequiredHigh school diplomaBasic math skills Intermediate computer skills, Excel, Outlook and Word PreferredCollege degree Data entry experience
