Starting from set up time to closing time, at Giuseppe Restaurant each employee is involved in all aspects of service :
~Greeting customers
~Learning the Resy system
~Learning the Toast system
~Preparing bread, cheese and olives, pouring water
~Learning the extensive menu and daily specials
~Providing silverware through courses
~Learning our wines, and cocktails
~Preparing/plating desserts, and coffees
