Responsibilities
* Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, making them feel comfortable and valued.
* Order Taking: Accurately take food and drink orders from guests, ensuring all special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.
* Menu Knowledge: Provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and answer any questions guests may have regarding food or beverages.
* Food & Drink Delivery: Serve food and drinks to guests quickly, ensuring the correct order and presentation according to restaurant standards.
* Check on Guests: Ensure that guests are satisfied with their meals and service, responding promptly to any additional requests or concerns.
* Upselling & Recommendations: Suggest additional items such as appetizers, desserts, or drinks to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
* Order Accuracy: Double-check orders before delivery to ensure they are correct, and relay any special requests or modifications to the kitchen.
* Cash Handling: Accurately process guest payments, handle cash, credit cards, and manage tips in accordance with restaurant policies.
* Cleanliness: Keep your work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations, clean and organized.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, food runners, and fellow servers to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations, including maintaining proper food temperatures, handling utensils correctly, and keeping areas clean.
Qualifications
* Previous Experience: Prior experience in food service or a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
* Customer-Centric Attitude: A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a focus on creating a positive experience for each guest.

* Flexible Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the restaurant's schedule.
* Must be able to carry heavy trays (up to 25 lbs) and stand or walk for long periods of time.
