Learn new skills as you help prepare, serve and clean up weekdays in a school kitchen. Be a lunch SUPERHERO working with a team of professionals to bring nutritious and authentic food to our customers.Responsibilities and Duties include: * Schedules and assigns work assignments to the team and oversees completion of tasks* Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety, and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.* Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions* Setting the team up for success by preparing the condiments and utensil areas* Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes work stations* Contributing to a positive work environment* Demonstrating integrity, dependability, and punctuality* Maintaining a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent guest service* Following food safety requirements/guidelines* Assists in daily paperwork, ordering and other related tasks* Other tasks assigned by the leadership team Who we are:Taher, Inc. is a family-owned and operated, chef-driven, food service management company specializing in K-12 school lunch management in our growing nationwide footprint.
