**Description**
* Represent Petro Serve USA and promote company values and goals.
* Monitor all food merchandisers according to demand and expiration time requirements
* Implement food preparation methods and portion sizes to ensure food quality, appearance and consistency
* Notify your supervisor about any issues with deliveries, food quality, or equipment
* Uphold company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees
* Comply with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving to ensure we meet standards
* Complete kitchen cleaning lists and update as needed
* Clean and sanitize all food related surfaces
* Complete HACCP temp & sanitation check lists
* Cook and hold all food at proper temperatures
* Properly label and date all food items
* Assisting customers on tills when needed
* Any other tasks required by your supervisor
**Requirements**
* Operate electronic cash register and other equipment
* Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
* Able to bend repetitively and kneel
* Able to stand for extended periods of time on a regular basis
