Apply today to become a vital part of the UPMC Chautauqua family and help us serve meals that nourish our patients and staff!**Responsibilities:**+ Secures all necessary food and service equipment/utensils for the assigned area before meal service begins.+ Follows departmental procedures to ensure proper operation of food service equipment, maintaining safety and functionality.+ Inventories and stocks bulk supplies as per established procedures, ensuring proper quantities are available within designated timeframes.+ Serves patient meal trays using the designated department script, ensuring proper patient identification and personalized service.+ Busses tables and sanitizes tables and chairs, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.+ Delivers meals to residents' rooms when requested, ensuring timely and accurate service.+ Prepares and sets tables for the next meal according to the Food Service Guidelines Manual, ensuring proper setup and readiness.+ Assembles and serves meals in accordance with diet orders, menus, and patient/guest specific requirements, ensuring food safety and quality standards.+ Work permit required if under 18 years old**Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:****UPMC is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteran**
