SAGE Dining Services is seeking exceptional leadership talent to join our team as a Food Service Director at a private boarding school in Southborough, MA (Worcester area). This hands-on culinary leadership role is set on a beautiful campus serving grades K-9, with boarding students in grades 7-9. You will work alongside an Executive Chef on the salaried team, as well as manage an hourly team. Together, you and the Executive Chef will share the management responsibilities for the venue, which will include weekends and evenings.We are seeking a dedicated culinary manager to design and create menus, manage ordering and inventory, oversee our catering calendar, and lead our talented kitchen team.
